We found Yamasan by accident, it was late, we'd be traveling all day and we just wanted some sushi. So we Googled it... Wow! We eat a lot of sushi, and this was right up there with some of the better places we've eaten. The Vibrant Life roll (Tempura salmon, avocado, seafood salad, mango, strawberry, bellini limoncello & kabayaki eel sauce) was phenomenal! Hawaiian, shrimp tempura and Tuna Tower rolls were all great, too, but we felt there was a bit too much rice on the Tuna Tower. Great vibe, good drink selection and a nice variety of specialty rolls. Definitely would check them out again the next time through Orlando!

Tried the happy hour this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. I thought the sushi and drinks were a great deal. I did take off 1 star for the sashimi/sushi because the quality was not as great as I would have wanted for paying market price. As you can see, one of the fish pieces in the middle (I forget which one it was) look completely different. The left piece was not cut well and right one had something chewy in it. I would probably go elsewhere for the tasting. The sushi was excellent and so was the salmon plate (I love truffle oil!)

I highly recommend this place. The food was very good, and the service was outstanding. I ordered sashimi, but they didn't have one of the fish I wanted. Juan, David, and Alex were very kind, explaining all the options I had and letting me try different fish to make a decision. Our waiter was Harry, who was very friendly and patient with my mother, explaining everything to her. We had a great family moment. It was a special occasion for my son's graduation, and I am very grateful to everyone there for making that day wonderful and a great experience for us. Thank you!

Came today for the first time for lunch with our accountant office. We looooved the food, service and the place is super cute! Everything tasted amazing! The owner even came and gave our kids ramune sodas for free. They serve a lot of food! We even took home for later. Totally recommend this spot!

We had an excellent dinner here. We started off with appetizers of Tuna tartar and Hokkaido scallop. Both were creative and delicious. We enjoyed a bottle of Karatamba sake that had been recommended for us from a previous visit and it didn’t disappoint. Every sushi roll we ordered was delicious. The sashimi was fresh and melted in your mouth. I especially like the tornado roll with spicy tuna and fried sweet potato. Our server was friendly, seating and the atmosphere was relaxed. Treated special from the time we arrived until we left. We will be back.

They also have tempura fried ice cream for dessert, which is so much better than any other fried ice cream. Our server was friendly, seating was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxed. My son kept thanking me for picking this restaurant, and I'm sure we will be back.

Yamasan respects the art of balance. From California Rolls to A5 Wagyu & Blue Fin Toro, an outstanding selection of Japanese cuisine. Whether you are balling on a budget or just straight balling, there is something for everyone. Absolutely awesome ambiance; very chill, but not tired. Service is great, music is excellent (relaxing lofi, not sensory overload...like most places these days). We had the Chef’s Bento. Less than 40 for amazing selection of sushi, sashimi, soup, fried rice, shrimp, and delicious spare ribs...even came with salad with the best ginger dressing I’ve ever had, and a little dessert morsel (pocky & yogurt). I then noticed the Blue Fin Toro (Belly)...blow your mind, melt in your mouth experience. Hit this spot on the way home from Disney World heading north...location is not too far from interstate 4 with plenty of parking. A must try! ありかとうこさいます Yamasan!

Super Recommended! Yamaha Sushi and Grill truly deserves all five stars! The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and rich, authentic flavors that stand out in every bite. The sushi rolls are perfectly made, the grill options are full of flavor, and the presentation is on point. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking for great Japanese cuisine, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
